Breathe Easy is led by Executive Chair Dr Gary Pace, an experienced entrepreneur and senior operations manager for small to large-scale life science ventures. Dr Pace is currently a Director and consultant to QRxPharma Ltd (ASX: QRX) which he founded; and a Director of ResMed (NYSE, RMD); Pacira Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: PCRX) and Transition Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: TTHI).

Professor Bob Elliot, CNZM is a co-founder, director and the chief scientific advisor to the Board. Bob is a world-renowned science leader and a current Emeritus Professor of child health research. Bob is is the scientific founder of Breathe Easy, bringing his experience as the co-founder of ASX listed Living Cell Technologies.

Brent Ogilvie is a co-founder and director of Breathe Easy who brings a wealth of experience as a director of multiple startups. Brent is also the co-founder of Pacific Channel Limited, New Zealand’s leading venture creation, development, and investment firm focused on start-up and early-stage life-science innovation.

Jon Broadley, MBE is the Operations Manager for Breathe Easy and brings the experience of 22 35 years of military service combined with 10 years as a business advisor. He has worked with a range of clients from government departments to building construction companies to charitable trust rest homes before starting up his own company, Strategy + Ltd, in 2015.

Kieran Jina serves as the Science Manager for Breathe Easy, and holds degrees in Master of Science (Hons) and Master of Bioscience Enterprise (Hons) from The University of Auckland. Kieran has experience in forming and assisting early stage technology companies, and facilitating investment through his role as Senior Associate at investment firm, Pacific Channel.
